The exhibits are not part of the final agreement and serve as models for the final versions of the documents that will be signed in the future. They may take the form of separate communications, agreements or instruments necessary to fulfil the conditions of the final agreement. Discussed and settled in advance in order to avoid any dispute during the execution, the exhibitions are then attached to the final agreement. All Annexes and timetables annexed to this Agreement shall form explicit part of this Agreement, as if they were presented in their entirety. In the case of bodily injury, a legal or medical exhibition containing drawings or illustrations of human anatomy containing graphic and medically accurate representations of the injuries and operations suffered by the applicant as a result of an accident or injury shall be created.
