| The Mississippi Braves Fall Freedom Festival is scheduled for Saturday, September 30 at 2:00 PM and will run through 10:00 PM, in Trustmark Park. The event will feature live music throughout the day along with fun zone inflatables, games, contests, food, raffles, silent auctions and more. Tickets for the festival go on sale Thursday, August 31 at 9:00 AM.
One-day general admission tickets are $15 per adult and $8 per child ages 10 to 16. Kids under the age of 10 are free. $2 from every ticket purchased will be donated to a local charity. Attendees are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs to enjoy live music throughout the day. There will be two stages-the Trustmark Stage inside the ballpark and a stage outside the ballpark near the VIP Gate entrance directly across from Bass Pro Shops – the following bands are scheduled to perform:
Patrons will be able to enjoy a SUPERSIZED Family Fun Zone in multiple areas throughout the ballpark. Inflatables include slides, bounces, games, slip ‘n slides and more. There will be games and other contests throughout the day. Plenty of food and beverages will be available for sale. Menus feature BBQ chicken, pulled pork and ribs along with fan favorites like hot dogs, catfish, burgers, nachos and more! The event is rain or shine. |
| The Mississippi Braves baseball team is the Double-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. Since the inaugural 2005 season, over 125 M-Braves have gone on to play in the big leagues. The M-Braves have made postseason play four times and went on to win the Southern League Championship in 2008. Tickets are on sale now.
