The 2017 Major League Baseball season officially starts on April 2, but here in Mississippi at Trustmark Park in The Connection, the action starts earlier!
Kicking off the College Series are rivals Mississippi State vs Southern Miss on March 21 at 6:30pm (gates open at 5pm; first pitch and gates open for all three games are the same), followed by Southern Miss vs Ole Miss on April 4, and Mississippi State vs Ole Miss on April 25! Be there or be square…tickets may be purchased online through Ticketmaster or by phone through Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000. Fans may also purchase tickets in person at the Trustmark Park Box Office or by calling 888-BRAVES4 Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. During the regular season the M-Braves will face off against the Birmingham Barons (BIR), Biloxi Shuckers (BLX), Chattanooga Lookouts (CHA), Jacksonville Suns (JAX), Jackson Generals (JXN), Montgomery Biscuits (MTG), Mobile BayBears (MOB), Tennessee Smokies (TNS) and Pensacola Blue Wahoos (PNS).
Fireworks after the game will take place on Apr 7 & 8, Apr 21, Apr 28 & 29; May 12, May 26 & 27; June 16 & 17, June 30; July 1, July 3, July 21 & 22, July 28 & 29; Aug 4 & 5, Aug 18 & 19; and Sept 1 & 2!

The Mississippi Braves baseball team is the Double-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. Since the inaugural 2005 season, over 115 M-Braves have gone on to play in the big leagues.
